This is a rare thing for me to do but I am going to brag on someone. I know I was very difficult to deal with and people can be very demanding but you answered every email I sent you within minutes, every time I emailed you. You were never rude, you were always polite and professional and I want to thank you for that. You take very good care of your customers.
