Excellent customer service; responded personally and promptly with a promo code issue I was having. Order shipped quickly/accurately and with a nice hand-written thank you note to boot! I loved the old-school customer service vibe - doesn't feel like a big, impersonal online shopping experience that sites such as Amazon can be like. Another coupon came with my order as well - lovin the discounts! All in all, as a new customer I am very impressed.

I had been searching for a reasonably priced scrub website that offered a plethora of unisex styles and options. Men are often forgotten about in the nursing field when it comes to properly fitting scrubs and uniforms. Scrubadoo has a great variety of brand choices. More importantly, Scrubadoo is one of only a handful of websites offering free shipping for returns/exchange, and the ONLY medical apparel/accessory website that offers flat-rate shipping of just under $5! All the other competing websites are extremely overpriced for shipping around $10 or more.
Scrubadoo's customer service representatives are super friendly and respond to any concerns you have promptly via email. They always have great deals for those who are part of the ScrubClub too, including their referral program!
It's about time a website of this type possesses the nursing principle of helping and caring for their customers, as we do for our patients. Thanks Scrubadoo!
