I heard your interview on NPR last month, when they did a piece on Market Place about the power of “Thank You”. I thought writing all those thank you letters was pretty cool, and have been meaning to look your site up but kept putting it off until now. One of the things I remember was your comment about not ranking in Google for “scrubs” or other industry keywords. I was also wondering if you’ve since made any endeavors to up your rankings? Looks like you discovered Google Webmaster tools and other SEO plugins and have a good social presence, but if you need some free advice let me know.

Great question. I noticed it a week or so ago. It looks like something is banged up with the templates we used for it. I am adding it to our list of things to work on. It always seems like that list gets longer and never shorter
